Our purpose in the Empire is to create specialized equipment of much higher caliber than those manufactured in the Imperial foundries. We take from our surroundings what we can and mold it into the deadliest of weapons, the sturdiest of armor, or the most destructive of bullets.

I suggest don’t start hunting right when you reach level 30. Go for 31 so your armor has more magic def + the .2 movement increase. The 29 armor only has +.1 movement speed. Try as much as possible to wear int equips, and have 25/25 elemental resistance accessories.
